Saadiyat offers a different kind of Abu Dhabi stay, centred more on culture and beaches, so the choice of island can follow the main interests of the trip.

Each attraction has its own entrance. The island visitor website lists shuttle connections between attractions, with current routes and timetables provided separately. Those can be useful for a local stay, while visitors arriving from Dubai have an intercity journey in addition to park time. A hotel's location and actual transport arrangements matter more than the broad promise of staying on Yas.
